StoreSound Management Office (“we,” “us,” or “our”) has established this Privacy Policy to explain how information is handled in the StoreSound app (the “Service”).
1. Personal Information
We do not collect personal information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or address, in providing the Service.
2. In-App Purchases and Payment Information
Paid plans are purchased through the in-app purchase system of the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Payments, including credit card and bank account information, are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment information.
- To verify and restore purchases, we use RevenueCat, Inc. (United States), a subscription management service. RevenueCat processes purchase transaction information provided by Apple or Google, together with an anonymous app user ID. This does not include card numbers or other payment details. 3. Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores information such as your free trial usage time, the last genre you played, and whether you have agreed to the Terms of Use only on your device. This information is not sent to our servers, and we do not collect it.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share your information with third parties, except for processing by the service provider described in Section 2 to provide the Service.
5. Your Rights (EEA, UK, and Other Regions)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with data protection laws, the following applies:
- We process purchase transaction information because it is necessary to provide the subscription you purchased.
- Because RevenueCat is located in the United States, this information may be transferred to and processed outside your country.
- You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- Because we do not hold information that directly identifies you, we may ask for information such as your purchase receipt in order to respond to your request.
6. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy in response to changes in laws or the Service. The revised policy takes effect when posted in the Service or on our official website.
